Universal Studios Beijing opened on 20 September 2021 in Tongzhou District, Beijing, and is part of the Universal Beijing Resort. Seven themed lands surround a central lagoon: Hollywood Boulevard, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Minion Land, Kung Fu Panda Land of Awesomeness, Transformers: Metrobase, Jurassic World Isla Nublar and Waterworld. Rides include the motion simulator dark ride Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, Flight of the Hippogriff, a Mack Rides Youngstar coaster, the Decepticoaster and the indoor family coaster Loop-Dee Doop-Dee.
