Walking Dead - The Ride

The Walking Dead: The Ride is an enclosed Vekoma coaster inside a pyramid at Thorpe Park. It opened in 1996 as No Way Out, promoted as the first backwards coaster in the dark, became X in 2013 and took its Walking Dead theme in 2018. A pre-show with screening questions and a simulated zombie breach leads to a train that seems to malfunction. The 400 m ride lasts about 2 minutes 10. Minimum height is 1.4 m.
