About SOS Tournevis

SOS Tournevis is named after Tournevis, the scribe and henchman of the rival architect Amonbofis in Asterix and Cleopatra, and its train plays a delivery of cut stones. It is a Zierer family ride with a single train of fifteen two-seat cars, a 199-metre track and a top speed of about 32 km/h. Opened in 1990 as Trans'Arverne, it took its current name in 2024 to avoid confusion with La Tour de Numérobis.
