Splash Mountain follows a hollowed-out log through a briar-patch world of singing animals before a steep final drop into the water below. Tokyo Disneyland's version opened in 1992 and, unlike its counterparts at other Disney resorts, has kept its original theming rather than being rethemed to Princess and the Frog.
