Hollywood Dream: The Ride is a Bolliger & Mabillard hyper coaster that opened at Universal Studios Japan in March 2007. The 1,200 metre track climbs 44 metres, drops 43 metres and has no inversions, with a top speed of 90 km/h over about two and a half minutes. Headrest speakers let riders pick one of five music tracks with controls on the lap bar. A variant with some seats facing backward arrived in 2013 and stayed. Riders must be at least 132 cm.
