Frozen Ever After is a boat ride in the Norway pavilion at Epcot, opened in June 2016. It reuses the boats and course of Maelstrom, the ride it replaced, and is built as a reversing shoot-the-chute by Intamin with a 8.5 m drop. Over about five minutes riders meet Olaf, Sven and Marshmallow in scenes from the 2013 film and the short Frozen Fever, with songs whose lyrics were partly revised by the original composers. The Audio-Animatronics are all electric, a first for Disney.
