About Th13teen

Th13teen is an Intamin coaster at Alton Towers, opened in 2010 on the site of the old Corkscrew. After a spoken woodland warning, the train climbs a lift hill, runs over airtime hills and enters a building. There a section of track, train and floor drops about 5 m vertically in darkness, followed by a backwards helix through an underground tunnel. The ride lasts 1 minute 40 and reaches 68 km/h. Riders must be 120 to 196 cm tall.
