Peter Pan's Flight has been part of Fantasyland at Disneyland since opening day in 1955, and the current version dates from 1983. Riders sit in three-person galleons hung from an overhead track, which gives the feeling of flying. The route runs from the Darling nursery over a night-time London with Big Ben and St. Paul's Cathedral to Neverland, where Captain Hook and Tick-Tock the Crocodile wait. A 2015 refurbishment added new animatronics and effects.
Peter Pan's Flight was on Disneyland's opening day in 1955, but Peter Pan himself did not appear in that version. A much improved version replaced it in 1983.
